please plan to fly in before dec 1 + fly out after dec 4. some people are coming for a few days, some people are coming for a week, some people are staying a whiiiile.

events:

-we will have two pre-wedding events on monday december 1. one 10am-2pm + one at sunset. (details TBD.)

-our wedding celebration will be on wednesday december 3, 2025 from 5pm until late. ( details TBD.)

we live in san pancho, nayarit, mexico. the closest airport is puerto vallarta (PVR) which is one hour south from us. from PVR, the best ways to get to our area are uber ($35 USD) or bus ($3 USD).

for flights coming in from outside of north-america, you’ll need to do a layover in a main north-american city like toronto, LA or mexico city (MEX), then fly to PVR.

if you find an amazing flight into guadalajara, mexico (GDL) and want to rent a car for while you’re here, you could fly into GDL, rent a car and drive to our area in 3.5-4 hours.

for people flying from south africa~ the best flight routes we’ve seen are with KLM/ air france from capetown or johannesburg, to mexico city, to PVR.

we haven’t confirmed the location for the wedding celebration yet. it will be in the same general area we live in.

to be nearby we suggest staying in sayulita or san pancho (AKA san francisco), nayarit, mexico.

you could look for places to stay on booking.com, airbnb, vrbo, sayulitalife.com or sanpancholife.com.

(if you stay in sayulita we recommend the north side because it’s less busy, quieter at night and only a 5-min walk to the centre of town.)

dressy + refined
please no casual wear— we’d love for everyone to dress up for the occasion. wear whatever style suits you, as long as it feels polished.

our colour palette is black, dark greens, browns + brown tones— please dress within these. if you don’t have any of the colours just wear black! everyone has something black. and it’s both of our favourite colour.

we know that some of you are traveling a long way to celebrate with us and that comes with its own costs. please don’t feel any pressure to get us a wedding gift. your presence means the most to us!

we’ve decided to keep the dec 3rd wedding night event adults-only.

for the dec 1st pre-wedding event, the whole fam is welcome <3! plus we’ll have plenty of time all together on other days during your time here.

we know many ppl w kids here who have amazing nannies. we will help organize a group hang for the kids to all be together nearby with 1 or more sitters. or we can help you organize a trusted sitter to come to your accommodation. whichever you prefer.

no bridesmaids or groomsmen, just all our favourite friends + fam celebrating together.

we’re doing a vow ceremony beforehand just annik & grant~ so the wedding celebration itself will be all about the best parts of a wedding: dressing up, great food, music, connection + an unforgettable party! ♥︎
