What is the appointment rescheduling and cancellation policy?
If you must change or cancel your appointment, please do so online, more than 24 hours before your appointment time. This will free up that spot and perhaps coordinate with someone on the waiting list’s schedule or it’ll enable someone searching online to book in. If you must cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the amount of 50% of your service will be charged. If you cancel with less than 3 hours notice, or no-show, you will be charged 90% of your service.
Your credit card information is stored to a hacker-free secure / encrypted site. Our staff don’t have access to see your CC info.
